We’re a contemporary art gallery with an emphasis on non-traditional, non-linear art.
The gallery is founded by art collector/reporter Harald van der Sluys Veer. har. is his personal reflection on the works and artists he believes to be of value to the contemporary art-scene.
We feature works by; Hailey Atkins, Cecyle Bay, Hannah Fletcher, Marina Heuvelman, Karin van de Vliet, Wilco Kwerreveld, Lucius Pax, Christian Thømsen, Magnus Vatvedt and Rob Vis.
har. is a cross-over platform; combining an online presence with real-time events such as art-shows, exhibitions and studio visits.

So you found an artwork you’d like have? Great!
This is what you do;
- Get in touch with us via E-mail, Skype or Phone
- Tell us which artwork you would like to obtain (each artwork has its own item-code for your referral)
- We will confirm your requested artwork is available
- We agree upon the price of the artwork and start a dialogue for the eventual shipping
- We will send you an invoice
- You wire us the amount due for artwork and eventual shipping
- We will send you a confirmation of your wire-transfer
- We will send your artwork or arrange a pick-up or drop-off

We understand you would like to experience an artwork before you buy it. As a cross-over platform we offer you the opportunity to do just this!
We will organise real-time events to show you the work of our featured artists, in between these events; please contact us if you would like to view an artwork in person. We will try our best to arrange a way for you to view a work in person!

Terms & Conditions
- Because we don’t want to make things more difficult than necessary, we decided to limit our terms to the terms below.
- har.art gallery intermediates between sellers and purchasers of art. When acting as an agent, har.art gallery will do her utmost best to achieve a sale. However no guarantees can be provided.
- har.art gallery aims that a work will be delivered within ten (10) days after purchase. Delivery abroad can take more time. After a purchase the purchaser will be contacted, either by email or by telephone, on the delivery process. During this contact alternative or faster delivery can be discussed.
- Purchase prices exclude VAT and exclude shipping. The shipping of purchased works will be discussed with the purchaser when contacting the purchaser on the delivery process (see above under 2). A purchased work can also be picked up at har.art galleryoffice, the artist’s studio and/or the artist’s gallery.
- In case you’re not satisfied with the work you purchased via har.art gallery, you can send us an email within 7 days after the purchase so we can start the return procedure. Works must be returned in person or shipped and assured as indicated by har.art gallery. If possible, har.art gallery will pick up the work herself when she’s around. Damaged works cannot be returned.
- Should you receive a work that is damaged, har.art gallery must be notified within 24 hrs on signed delivery by sending an email to welcome@harart.gallery including a photograph and short description of the damage. In case of delivery by har.art gallery, the artist or a representative of the artist, or in case you collect a work yourself, the work must be inspected before accepting it. har.art gallery nor the artist can be held responsible and/or liable for damages discovered after this moment of delivery or collection.
- Only Dutch law is applicable.
